Currently arguing with a compiler and a theologian, simultaneously.
I'm Ali, a 21 year old founder and engineer in Islamabad, in the final year of a CS degree at NUST SEECS. I run Qurricular, an AI-native StudyOS for Pakistani students, and I'm the founding engineer at Bunker Collective, where I'm building Bunker OS.
I started in 2016 with batch scripts that changed the color of the terminal, which at the time felt exactly like hacking. Since then: Windows apps, Unity games, Android, a brief WordPress era we do not discuss, the web, and eventually machine learning, agents and simulations.
Most of what I build is about systems people live inside: how students learn, how organizations hold together, how institutions rise and break. I reason from first principles, I treat zero adoption friction as a hard constraint, and I would rather lead by virtue than by title.
Outside the code I write fiction, read more philosophy and theology than is strictly healthy, and occasionally try to rebuild physics from the ground up. It has not worked yet. I have the falsification report to prove it.
BS Computer Science at NUST SEECS, 2023 to 2027. The final boss is the final year project, and I am building it anyway.
Veritas vos liberabit. The truth will set you free, usually right after it ruins your favorite hypothesis.
Every project, surveyed from above. Here be dragons, and one suspicious mine shaft.
Ten years of borders. Ventures rise, overlap and annex each other. History is written by the shippers.
Constellations of half-proven ideas. One star fell. That counts as data.
The desk where the drafts live. They're used to being shuffled.
Thoughts drift by like clouds. Grab one. Head in the clouds, feet in the commit history.
An orrery of obsessions. Everything orbits something.
Cut from an actual log. One ring per year since 2016. Count them.
